Has your weight loss bottomed-out? Don't be discouraged! Try these 3 tips to stay focused and motivated.

1. Focus on inches lost. Are you wearing a new size in clothing? That's a big deal!

2. Think about how far you've come. Add it up! How long did it take you to lose it?

3. Compare your weekly or total weight loss to the equivalent weight in fresh produce. Have you ever lifted a 7 lb. watermelon? They're not light!
