Guilt-Free Peanut Butter Milkshake
This recipe was inspired by our love for Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. Since those aren't very weight loss friendly, we've come up with this high protein, low carb shake to cure our cravings. Although this recipe is very simple, it is also very good.
- 1 envelope of Chocolate Robard protein powder *available here, at Access Medical
- 8 oz. of 1% milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp. of PB2 (dehydrated peanut butter)
In a blender or Magic Bullet, blend all ingredients together until a smoothie-like consistency is reached. Enjoy every sip! *Counts as 1 protein (3 oz), 1 dairy serving and 50 calories of Fat.
