Homemade Tortilla Lime Chips

Ingredients:

12 soft corn tortilla chips, cut into quarters

Non-stick olive oil spray

2 limes, halved

Sea salt to taste


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 baking pans with non-stick olive oil spray. Place each quarter of corn tortilla on baking pans. Spray each quarter of corn tortilla with non-stick olive oil spray. Squeeze each lime half over corn tortilla quarters and then top with a dash of sea salt. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crisp. Once finished, let cool and place in an airtight container or enjoy immediately! *12 chips=2 servings of starch.
