- 1 bunch of kale
- 3 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Remove kale ribs and tear leaves into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together until all leaves are coated. Place on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, approximately 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
