- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 large beefsteak tomato, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 bundle fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut in half
- Garlic salt to taste
Drain corn and pinto beans. In a large bowl, mix beans, corn, tomato, red onion and cilantro. Squeeze both halves of lime over other ingredients and mix well. Add a garlic salt to taste (tastes good without too). Chill for approximately 1 hour before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
